The Boss Lady. With 25 years in recruitment, Anita is our founding force and guiding light at Sense Recruitment. She has an uncanny ability to whip the right candidate out of her hat, leaving us all in awe. How she does it remains a mystery, but Anita calls it intuition (hence SENSE). We suspect it might have something to do with investing a quarter century in building relationships and mastering the art of "good humanship"—but we can neither confirm nor deny this correlation.

Anita’s love for recruitment hasn’t waned over the years; in fact, she gets her greatest kicks from partnering with clients on executive and technology appointments across Australia.
