He holds a Master's in International Business and a Bachelor's in Political Science & International Relations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy. Antonio began his career with the Italian Chamber of Commerce, facilitating partnerships between Italian businesses and local markets in Singapore and Indonesia. Transitioning to recruitment, he gained extensive experience in Indonesia with a global recruitment agency, specializing in general management roles within the technology sector. He later built and led a highly successful team focusing on commercial and technical recruitment for Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Series-Funded startups.

Karina is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive expertise in Finance & Accounting recruitment. She has successfully managed high-performing teams specializing in Commerce Finance and Legal recruitment at a global recruitment firm for over six years. Her experience spans various multinational companies, including BASF, Pfizer, and Danone, where she focused on commercial finance roles. Karina holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, USA. She began her career in the Lifesciences industry in Los Angeles before returning to Indonesia, where she transitioned into recruitment.

Nai comes with 15+ years of working experience; with 6 of those years at a leading global recruitment firm in Malaysia, where he led the Sales, Marketing & Communications practice. A Canadian citizen with working experience in India, Thailand US & UK, Nai brings a global perspective, fluent consulting style, and award-winning performance in the Malaysian recruitment market. With a background spanning retail pricing strategy, business consulting, merchandising, and talent strategy, he delivers both leadership and results across fast-moving commercial sectors.

Based in Singapore, Rob Bryson brings over 20 years of experience in Southeast Asia. After earning his Master of Arts from St Andrews University, Rob held various senior leadership roles at leading international recruitment firms, where he successfully managed and expanded operations in the UK, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia. In 2020, Rob co-founded WeNetwork and under his guidance, the company has grown significantly, now operating in five countries with a team of over 50 professionals in each market of operations.

Sean is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 8 years of expertise in both B2B and B2C recruitment. Specializing in technical and operational roles, he has extensive experience in the Supply Chain & Procurement sector and Engineering recruitment. Sean has a proven track record in growing and leading teams, having successfully built the Engineering Desk from the ground up and led the Supply Chain team in Indonesia. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Buffalo, USA. He began his career as a Financial Advisor with a leading global insurance company before transitioning into recruitment with a global recruitment firm.
