Scott started his recruitment career in 2000 and has since joined two listed recruitment businesses, before establishing Phillip Riley in 2010. His renewable energy journey began when he started a Waste to Energy Project Development Company (Reform Energy Australia) and then also took Phillip Riley to market as the only dedicated renewable energy recruitment and consulting business in Australia. Today, the Phillip Riley Group has grown to a team of 30+ in Australia, with offices in Melbourne (HQ), Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, New Zealand, Northern America and Europe.
