Scott started his recruitment career in 2000 and has since joined two listed recruitment businesses, before establishing Phillip Riley in 2010. His renewable energy journey began when he started a Waste to Energy Project Development Company (Reform Energy Australia) and then also took Phillip Riley to market as the only dedicated renewable energy recruitment and consulting business in Australia. Today, the Phillip Riley Group has grown to a team of 30+ in Australia, with offices in Melbourne (HQ), Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, New Zealand, Northern America and Europe.

With 15 years of experience covering local and international recruitment solutions, I have gained signifcant experience across New Zealands wider energy sector, with a more recent focus on the growing renewables market. I have extensive knowledge of the distribution, transmission and generation sectors and have built up a substantial network of professionals across many engineering discplines. While my role at Phillip Riley is to lead and grow the New Zealand business, I still very much enjoy helping people and watching their career grow or change, from which I've created many long terms relationships. I have the ability to understand and interpret the differences between different company cultures and people and use this for the . Naim has 25 years of experience working in a number of industries including extensive international business experience, with the last 10 years being in the renewable energy utility sector. With a Master's Degree in Engineering and an MBA Degree, Naim is ideally positioned to align Phillip Riley's strategy to meet the resourcing needs of the renewable energy industry.
