Having joined MJD Executive as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, he was promptly promoted to Managing Consultant, working on assignments in the Office Support space before being promoted to Principal - Human Resources. Moving from Scotland to Australia in 2015, Michael transitioned his career from commercial banking into recruitment where he initially built an in-depth understanding of temp & contract recruitment.
