Recent Reviews
“I have been working with Be Recruitment since February this year, primarily in Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) placements supporting young people in out-of-home care where parental responsibility lies with the Minister. These young people often present with complex needs stemming from trauma, and the care environments can be highly challenging, requiring a high level of emotional resilience, professionalism, and trauma-informed practice. Throughout my time with Be Recruitment, I have felt consistently supported—particularly by my manager, Cara. She ensures I receive all the relevant site information before each placement, provides timely and thoughtful communication, and advocates for staff when liaising with organisations. Importantly, after any critical incident or high-stress shift, there is always a follow-up process in place. Cara and the team check in to offer support, debrief, and ensure staff wellbeing is prioritised. This approach has helped me feel valued and safe.”
“Cara and the team at BeRecruitment consistently demonstrate exceptional responsiveness and transparency when assisting with coverage for our crisis accommodation services. Their support is both timely and reliable, making them a valued service provider.”
“I’ve gotten the chance to work with Cara Infante—one of Be Recruitment rostering team members. I’ve received an exceptional experience from her and the team. Her friendliness and professionalism have allowed me to appreciate my time with the company. The team’s genuine efforts to provide a great work experience for their staff are deserving to be highlighted!”
“I have enjoyed working with Be Recruitment and the wonderful Management & Rostering Team. It is a pleasure to work across the many different sites, helping our participants to maintain their independence as they strive so hard to reach their individual goals. The friendships formed with all staff teams strengthens the quality of service and support for everyone & it's wonderful to hear how happy our participants are to see us return and engage in meaningful activities, offering praise and encouragement all the way. I believe Be Recruitment is one of the most professional organisations that I have had the privilege of working for. Thank you to everyone working behind the scenes and to all of our front-line, friendly staff members, who set a great role model experience for everyone. Kind regards, Carolyn McElroy”
